New Bitrix24 Cloud Plans - September 2026

From September 2026, the Bitrix24 Cloud plans will change into two families, namely the Essentials plans and the Vibe+ plans. The existing cloud plans will be available in one of these two options.

The existing Bitrix24 Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise Cloud plans will be become the Essentials plans. The new premium tier plans, that is the Vibe+ plans, will include everything in the Essentials plans plus the advanced features such as AI-first features, REST API, MCP capability, and bonus admin seats.

Essentials Plans

Original cloud plans with new names and the same core feature set but with caps on selected features:

  • Number of Marketplace apps
  • REST API no longer available
  • AI usage limits

Vibe+ Plans

Includes everything Essentials plans plus:

  • Vibecode access
  • Unlimited Marketplace apps
  • Unlimited REST API usage
  • Extended AI usage limits
  • Bonus admin seats

Marketplace apps will be limited by plan:

  • Existing clients can upgrade their existing (Essentials) plans to Vibe+ plans at the promotional prices.

No, not necessarily. If you currently don't use any of the features like REST API's, webhooks,  or marketplace apps on your existing plan, it is not necessary to change or upgrade to a Vibe+ plan.

However, if you do currently use these features and want to continue using them, or want access to the new Vibecode platform, it will be necessary to change or upgrade to a Vibe+ plan.

On 1-Sept-26 your existing plan will become the equivalent Essentials plan and on 1-Dec-26 the various limits will be applied, including the removal of REST API's.

Yes. New clients to Bitrix24, registering a free plan before or during the promotional period, qualify for the promotional pricing.

If you bought an existing plan subscription before 1-Sep-26 and the subscription ends after 1-Dec-26, then the new limits on Essentials plans do not apply until the subscription ends.

If you remain on an existing plan which becomes an Essentials plan on 1-Sept-26, then the following limits on the number of installed apps will be applied as from 1-Dec-2026:

  • Basic Essentials: 2
  • Standard Essentials: 4
  • Professional Essentials: 7
  • Enterprise Essentials: 10

Yes, existing REST API's and local/marketplace apps will continue to work as before when moving to a Vibe+ plan.

No, webhooks will only be available on Vibe+ plans.
